Tofu Satay with Asian Dipping Sauce

Marinade:

1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 lbs Tofu

Dipping Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Drain and dry the tofu. Make marinade. Marinate the tofu for one hour in the fridge.

Tofu Satay with Asian Dipping Sauce

Fry tofu in canola oil until it turns a dark brown, almost burnt. Meanwhile, whisk together the dipping sauce. Serve immediately.
