Hummus


Hummus

1 15 oz can of chickpeas
1/2 tbs cumin
1 small lemon, juiced
2 tbs tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic

Add lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil to food processor. Blend until a combined liquid. Add chickpeas, garlic, and cumin. Blend until smooth constancy. Refrigerate before serving.

For variation: Add black olives, horseradish and rosemary, sundried tomatoes, or jalapeño and cilantro.
