1 16oz jar of peanuts (dry roasted or plain)
1/4 cup oil (I used olive)
Process peanuts and oil together for about 15 minutes pushing sides down intermediately.
4 apples (any kind)
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Peel and dice the apples. In a small saucepan, combine apples, water, and sugar. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, or until the apples are soft. Mash with a potato masher and let cool.
For variation: add cinnamon
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbs salt
In food processor, combine all ingredients until it resembles Parmesan cheese. Add more salt if desired.
For variation: Add onion or garlic powder.
